Eligibility

To use omnibusixai services, you must be legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction and not be subject to any export or sanctions restrictions that would prohibit receiving our services. Certain offerings may require additional qualifications or approvals.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enter into a service agreement with omnibusixai.

You agree to use omnibusixai services lawfully and not for activities that infringe rights, facilitate unlawful behavior, create harmful automated decision systems without oversight, or violate applicable regulations.

Services may be limited or unavailable in certain jurisdictions due to local laws, export controls, or technical constraints. omnibusixai may decline service requests that would violate applicable law or policy.

Account Terms

When you create an account with omnibusixai, you agree to provide current, accurate information and to keep credentials secure. Account access may be subject to verification processes to protect your data and ours.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details. omnibusixai is not liable for issues arising from outdated or incorrect contact or billing information provided by you.

Protect your login details and devices. Notify omnibusixai immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard account information.

Accounts and associated subscription benefits are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted in writing by omnibusixai.

If your account may have been compromised, notify us immediately via the contact channels on omnibusixai.info so we can take steps to secure access and contribute the incident.

omnibusixai may suspend or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms, present security risks, or are subject to payment issues. We will notify you with reasons for suspension where feasible.

Services Provided

omnibusixai delivers custom AI software development, model integration, data pipeline engineering, deployment support, and advisory services aimed at improving operational efficiency and decision-making for businesses in Thailand and beyond.

We may modify or discontinue features or services, launch new offerings, or adjust scope of delivery. Changes will be communicated through the site or directly to affected customers in advance when feasible.

We strive for reliable service delivery; however, availability can be affected by third-party infrastructure, network conditions, and scheduled maintenance. We provide support and incident communication to minimize disruption.

User Conduct

When interacting with our services or community, users must follow reasonable rules to maintain a safe, lawful, and productive environment.

• Do not use services to develop or deploy systems intended to cause physical harm, facilitate fraud, or infringe on others' rights.
• Do not attempt to bypass security controls, exploit vulnerabilities, or reverse-engineer proprietary components provided by omnibusixai.
• Respect privacy and obtain lawful consent before processing personal data of third parties when using our solutions.
• Do not upload or distribute malicious code, excessive automated requests, or content that violates applicable law.
• Use models responsibly: test in controlled environments and include human oversight for high-risk decision flows.
• Comply with export controls, sanctions, and restrictions on restricted technologies or regions.
• Follow professional conduct when engaging with omnibusixai personnel or other clients to ensure collaborative and respectful interactions.

User Content

You may provide content, data, or materials ("User Content") to enable onboarding, training, or customization of AI systems. You retain ownership of your User Content subject to the licenses you grant below.

Users keep ownership of data and content they provide to omnibusixai. We process and use that content solely as necessary to deliver contracted services and as permitted by this agreement.

By providing User Content, you grant omnibusixai a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, and process that content for the purpose of delivering agreed services, improving operational processes, and maintaining records.

You are responsible for ensuring that User Content complies with laws and third-party rights, including obtaining any required consents for data subjects. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless expressly agreed in writing.

Upon termination or upon request, omnibusixai will follow agreed processes for returning or securely deleting User Content in accordance with contractual terms and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Except for User Content, omnibusixai retains all intellectual property rights in software, tools, models, code, and documentation developed or provided as part of our services. Clients receive the usage rights expressly set out in their agreement.

• You may not copy, distribute, sell, or sublicense omnibusixai proprietary software or models beyond the rights granted.
• You may not remove or obscure proprietary notices or attempt to derive source code from compiled products.
• Derivative works that incorporate proprietary components require prior written permission from omnibusixai.

Paid Services

Services provided for a fee include custom development projects, subscription-based platforms, managed model hosting, and prioritized support. Fees and scope are defined in the applicable order form or proposal.

Pricing is stated in the proposal or subscription plan. Estimates for custom projects are based on agreed scope; change requests may affect final charges. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments are due under the terms specified in invoices, proposals, or subscription plans. Acceptable payment methods are indicated in billing communications. Late payments may incur interest or service restrictions.

Subscription services renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the subscription terms. Cancellation policies and notice periods will be specified in the subscription agreement.

Refunds, if any, are handled per the agreement between the parties and dependent on the nature of the service delivered. For bespoke development work, refunds may be limited once work has commenced.

Either party may terminate certain services with written notice subject to any termination fees or outstanding obligations specified in the agreement. Termination will not affect accrued payment obligations.

Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies related to their use of omnibusixai services, except for taxes based on omnibusixai's net revenue.

omnibusixai may adjust fees for subscription services with advance notice. Existing contracts will be honored until renewal unless otherwise agreed.

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services. omnibusixai will provide notice and an opportunity to cure non-payment where practical before suspension.

Disclaimer

Services are provided 'as is' to the extent permitted by law. omnibusixai provides technical expertise and implementation support but outcomes depend on client data quality, integration environment, and business processes. Clients are responsible for validating system outputs before use in critical operations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, omnibusixai's liability for direct damages arising from services is limited to fees paid for the affected services in the prior 12 months. omnibusixai is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of benefits or data, except as required by applicable law.

Third-Party Services

omnibusixai may use third-party services, libraries, or cloud providers to deliver its solutions. Use of these services may be subject to separate third-party terms and privacy policies which you should review.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement for material breach if the breach remains uncured after a specified notice period. Termination rights for convenience will be governed by the specific contract terms.

On termination, you must pay any outstanding fees. omnibusixai will cease providing services and will follow agreed procedures for return or deletion of User Content. Certain provisions that by their nature survive termination (e.g., IP, confidentiality, liability limitations) will remain in effect.

Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. Data handling practices, retention periods, and data subject rights are described in the privacy notice available at omnibusixai.info. Specific data processing requirements can be addressed through a data processing addendum in customer agreements.

Communications

By using our services you consent to receive administrative communications electronically. Marketing communications will only be sent if you opt in or where permitted by law. Important service notices may be delivered by email, account dashboard, or other recorded channels.

Changes to Terms

omnibusixai may revise these terms to reflect changes in law, services, or business practices. For material changes affecting existing customers, we will provide notice and an opportunity to review new terms prior to their effective date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to omnibusixai operations. Dispute resolution and governing jurisdiction will be specified in individual client contracts and may reflect choices mutually agreed by the parties.

Dispute Resolution

Parties will attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, contracts may require mediation or arbitration before pursuing court proceedings, consistent with the dispute resolution clause in the applicable service agreement.
